The door lock has a tube (2) which is pushed over the round door handle (1) which is bent at 90 degrees to the door. The tube has a punched plate (5) at one end whilst the end of the door handle has a cap (3) which prevents the tube from being pushed out over the handle end. A stopper (4) is attached to the door level with the door handle end and the tube is pushed onto same. The door is locked by pushing the tube onto the stopper so that part of the tube encloses the door handle and a further part encloses the stopper so that the door handle cannot be pressed down thereby ensuring locking.
