The freezer cabinet (1) has a liner (3) in which are formed guide rails (6,7) into which the evaporator (12) plates are slid to separate the compartments (2,5) having a variety of storage shelves and boxes. The evaporator plates have upper and lower clips which are retained by a holding piece which can be removed if necessary.
