Water pavilion comprises a closed bell-like water film (12) with nozzle-like outlet openings (6) and is tall enough to accommodate people and objects. A collecting groove (3) on the periphery of the surface (2) and having a cover (8) is arranged in the region of the water film. The collecting groove is connected to the outlet openings using a pump (11). Preferred Features: The connection between the collecting groove and the outlet openings is formed either by a riser pipe (4) directed vertically upward or by one or more riser pipes running within the water film.
