The device comprises at least one micro-mirror chip creating a dioptic oscillation. Each of the mirrors can be individually controlled in order to form a parabolic mirror (5) for the projection of an image on the retina (2) in combination with a lens system. The eye (2) tries to follow the oscillating motion resulting in a strengthening of the ciliary muscles. The oscillation frequency can be individually adjusted (4). The patient has to perform the exercise for a few minutes per day.
