The device has a mini-hand two-way radio or a mobile phone or a walkie-talkie system for transmission and reception of warning signals, on same channel with same telephone number, same frequency, same wavelength, same coding and same technical basic characteristics. The mini-hand two-way radio or the mobile phone or the walkie-talkie system is operated by a battery and is mounted in a center console of a vehicle. The device visually e.g. by blinking, or acoustically e.g. by ringing, warns a motor vehicle in a danger area.
