Extension guide for furniture drawers and work plates has centre rail and track rail formed as profiled rails to engage round rolling areas with support rollers at front end of centre rail mounted on axes projecting horizontally into tracks
The extension guide (10) has a guide rail (12) on the furniture carcass, a track (14) on the drawer and a centre rail (16) between same with roller bodies. The centre rail is formed as a profiled rail engaging round the area of the guide rail having the rolling tracks and provided on the underneath with an elongated through opening for passing through the support area of the guide rail which is to be fixed on the carcass wall. The track rail is also formed as a profiled rail with open through aperture in the underneath and engaging round the centre rail. Two support rollers (30) at the front end of the centre rail are mounted on axes (32) protruding horizontally from the opposite side profile arms of the centre rail at right angles to the extension direction whereby the circumferential faces are supported on rolling tracks provided inside the track rail (14) and run in the extension direction. The axle support (32) can be formed as an integrated injection moulded plastics part or as a pressure cast metal part.
