Speech recognition device for use in vehicle, has memory medium for storing dictionary data structured in tree, where data contain multiple words as node in tree, and reverse-speech-comparison unit comparing reverse language
The device has a memory medium (77) for storing dictionary data structured in a tree, where the data contain multiple words as node in the tree. A reverse-speech-comparison unit (75) compares a reverse language, which results from a reproduction of an input speech in chronological reverse order. A forward-speech-comparison unit compares the input speech with an acoustic forward-model. An output unit (78) outputs a word or a word chain, based on the result of comparison of the reverse-speech-comparison unit and the forward-speech-comparison unit. An independent claim is also included for a computer program product in a computer-readable medium for use during the recognition of a speech.
