The damper/absorber has two components rotated relative to each other against a torsional resistance that is produced by magnetic fields, where the magnetic fields are repelled in a circumferential direction. Permanent magnets (13, 14) produce the magnetic fields, which are moved to each other and are operative between the components. The magnets are arranged in the same radial distance from a rotation axle of the damper.
