Power steering control device for use in vehicle, has steering assistance torque calculation unit multiplying added value of steering torque and addition command torque with reinforcement according to speed of vehicle
The control device has a steering assistance torque calculation unit (5) for calculating an added value of the steering torque and the addition command torque, and multiplying the added value with reinforcement according to the speed of a vehicle, to calculate the steering assistance torque. A target assistance torque calculation unit (6) adds the steering assistance torque and the addition command torque with one another, to calculate target assistance torque of an engine (1). An engine control unit (7) controls the engine based on the target assistance torque.
