The device has a door leaf (10), and a covering area surrounding the door leaf. Clamping devices (14, 15) are arranged in the door leaf for deformation of the door leaf at an edge of an opening e.g. wall opening, of a building. The covering area includes frames (1) and two parts (12, 13) that are adjustable for covering the opening, where the parts of the covering area are connected with each other in a pivotable manner.
