The generator segments a spectrum of scanned signals into two portions, where one portion is a spectral narrowband process of high performance and the other portion is a spectral broadband process of lower performance. The generator scales the performances and overlaps the processes in a linear additive manner, where the broadband process is realized by filtering the white noise.
