The device (1) has individual slots (2) inserted with certain geometric shapes, size and depth in a row manner arrangement, where the therapy device is a stable plastic board. Each row contains handling instruction (3) for a user for an arrangement of externally adaptable molded padding. The molded padding in the corresponding slots is sphere, cylinder, hollow cylinder, cube and cuboid which are tangibly good at an engaged state.
