A newspaper supplement printed on both faces consists of a folded page (18) and an insert strip. The folded page front face width is half that of the newspaper, while the rear page is the full width of the newspaper. The front page book-spine wraps around the newspaper spine, while the insert strip is inserted loose between two pre-determined newspaper pages. The insert width is half that of the newspaper, such that the entire (open) width of the front page and insert strip is the same as that of the entire newspaper. Further claimed is an assembly to cut and fold the newspaper supplement and a newspaper bearing a commensurate supplement.
