Reservable parking bay finding/reserving system for e.g. lorry, has terminals temporarily connected with central server for data exchange and enabling transmission of reservation request and reception of booking option
The system has a wireless or wired data network with a central server that includes data base, in which availability data of reservable parking bays of parking places are detected. Terminals are temporarily connected with the central server for the data exchange and enable a transmission of reservation request and reception of a booking option that is determined by the central server. The terminals are provided for actuating of the booking option, where actualization of the availability data takes place in the central server after a transacted reservation. An independent claim is also included for a method for finding and reserving reservable parking bay for a lorry.
