Rotation position difference`s periodic angle reducing method for use in e.g. sheet rotation printing machine, involves overlaying angle of rotation based correction value that is formed from periodically arising position differences
The method involves influencing position difference between an actual position (X) of a linkage axis (LA) tracked by a drive follow-up control and a reference position (W) by an operating condition of a rotary printing machine. Difference remaining with the control is registered based on an angle of rotation. Periodically arising position differences are stored with the angles. An angle of rotation based correction value (Wp) is formed from the stored differences, and is overlaid on the position (W) based on the angle such that remaining position difference is minimized. An independent claim is also included for a device for executing a method for reducing periodic angle of rotation position differences with a drive control in a rotary printing machine.
