Heat exchange section in Al or Al alloy, especially for high pressure climatization components, consisting of a one piece extruded composite profile (10) with at least two flat tubes (12,13) of the same or different internal and external geometry and connected by a bridge (14). In the longitudinal direction of the composite profile the bridge (14) is directly adjacent to the side wall (11) of the flat tube (12) which has a narrowing (15) of thickness less than that of bridge (14) and less than that of sidewall (11) : An independent claim is included for an evaporator.
