An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing unidimensional composite structure comprising thermolytic decomposition of at least one metal organic compound of formula (EI(OR)H 2) at greater than 400 [deg]C. EI : Al, Ga (both preferred), In or Tl; and R : aliphatic or alicyclic hydrocarbon.
