Backplane for electronic subrack, has base backplane comprising contact strips, expansion space provided on base backplane, and additional backplane that is insertable into expansion space
The backplane has a base backplane (1) comprising contact strips (5a, 5b), and an expansion space provided on the base backplane. An additional backplane (3) is insertable into the expansion space, where the contact strips of the base backplane and contact strips (7) of the additional backplane are arranged in parallel with respect to its longitudinal direction. The base backplane has a fastening unit, and the expansion space is formed as an intermediate space. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an additional backplane for usage in a backplane (2) an arrangement comprising a base backplane and an additional backplane.
