Automatic transmission for motor vehicle has additional oil pump installed or integrated in oil sump and provided with suction line in sump which is connectable to oil filter
The automatic transmission of a motor vehicle, with an oil sump (1) fastened to the transmission, has an additional oil pump (4) installed or integrated in the oil sump. An oil filter (3) is installed in the oil sump, and the additional oil pump has a suction line (5) which is connectable to the oil filter. The suction line is integratable in the oil sump, especially in the bottom (1a) of the oil sump. The additional oil pump has electrical connections which are connectable to the automatic transmission via a plug-in connection.
