The method involves switching on a conference mode between a taxi and an emergency call centre to include a third person in a scene of action. The emergency call centre gets a high-quality picture of the person and identification data of the taxi. Difference between an alarm system and a photo-cell phone-alarm system allows switching over of the conference mode for transmission of an evidence unit. An independent claim is also included for a system for monitoring a passenger room of a taxi.
