Measuring device e.g. turbidity measuring device, for laboratory reference process, involves updating instruction based on actual calibration and reference measuring values, where earlier values pair is considered for updating instructions
The method involves recording a current measuring value of a measuring device as actual calibration measuring value. An actual value of a measuring parameter of a measuring medium is determined based on a laboratory reference sample with a laboratory reference measuring device, and is provided and recorded as actual laboratory reference measuring value. An illustration instruction is updated based on the actual measuring values. An earlier pair of calibration and laboratory reference measuring values is considered for updating the instructions. An independent claim is also included for a measuring device, which is a turbidity measuring device for monitoring drinking water.
