Ultra-short laser pulse signal`s spectral-separated wave front characterization method, involves splitting and spectrally separating laser beam with array of micro-optical individual components into field of non-diffractive partial beams
The method involves splitting and spectrally separating a laser beam (9) with an array of beam-shaped micro-optical individual components (6) into a field of pseudo non-diffractive partial beams to generate partial spectra (4c). A refractive thin film-micro axicons is used as the beam-shaped micro-optical individual components. The micro-optical individual components exhibit an integrated grating profile. The non-diffractive partial beams are focused and are axially expanded in a ring-free manner. The generated partial spectra are represented on a two-dimensional detector. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for characterization of a spectral-separated wave front of ultra-short laser pulse signal.
