The otoplastic (2) has a junction (5) for fixing a miniature hose (1) in a proximal part. The junction is formed as an oblong hollow space (7) with a slot (6) over an entire length of the oblong hollow space such that the hollow space is open at its proximal and distal ends and on a side of the slot. The slot has a gap width that is larger than or equal to an outer diameter of the miniature hose.
