摘要

The method involves developing a bonding energy between mass and charge in an atomic core, where the mass and charges approximate each other. A coulomb reciprocal effect, Van der Waals reciprocal effect and a mass charge reciprocal effect are provided for determining molecular geometry of substances. Electronic characteristics e.g. capacitance, of an electronic component doped with atoms are changed by using the bonding energy based on the variable spatial arrangement of the mass. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) natural resources located by using a geo-sensor (2) a complex unit used in a computer (3) a method for forecasting weather conditions.
