Toll system simulating method for e.g. lorry, involves determining utilization fee for preset vehicle types in road network route, and implementing traffic and/or event simulation for sub-network of road network based on real measuring data
The method involves determining utilization fee for preset vehicle types in a specific route in a road network, and implementing a traffic and/or event simulation (10) for a sub-network of the road network based on real measuring data comprising toll data (20) and/or traffic data (30). Different processes and effect of the processes are simulated in specified time exclusive of predictions by the simulations. A provided boundary value and/or a parameter for the stimulation of operation of a toll system (60) is derived from the stimulation result of the traffic and/or event stimulation.
