Device comprises a first flat element deformed on holding elements and a second element (17, 18) reinforcing the first element. An end section (29) of the connection between the first element and the reinforcing second element is detachable. The second element extends across the holding elements. An independent claim is also included for a plugboard having a cover used as a the above device. Preferred Features: The first element is a bendable covering plate held on the holding elements formed as profile elements (7, 8) of a frame. The reinforcing second element is connected to a side of the first element running across the holding elements.
