The stick has an elastic spring (2) that is fastened at both ends of the devil stick, where the elastic spring is designed in cylindrical form or conical form. An outermost layer (1) is coated by a dip spraying process or tricking process, and is made of a rubber-like plastic such as elastomer and latex. A wall thickness, diameter and height of the elastic spring lie between 0.3 and 5 millimeter, 10 to 70 millimeter, and 10 and 300 millimeter, respectively.
