The retaining unit has a rectangular base frame formed from four frame sections (2-5) arranged perpendicular to each other. Spring elements (13-20) are arranged at a front surface of the frame sections, where the front surface is directed towards outside. The spring elements point to the front surface of a cover frame (25), which is defines a central recess. The spring elements are provided with a projecting nose, which includes an insertion bevel, where outer edges of the nose include a chamfer.
