The device has a positioning stop member (82) mounted at a rear end of an inner catheter (70), and a thin flexible tube (81) with its rear end secured to a nozzle (80). The nozzle extends outside for a length based on the distance the inner catheter is advanced and reaches the cervical tract of an animal, when the rear end of inner catheter is pushed inward. The flexible tube unfolds outward gradually from a guide hole of the nozzle, extends to uterus or its vicinity along the cervical tract, and deposits semen into the uterus, when semen is squeezed in from the rear end of inner catheter.
