Transmitter output stage for mobile communication system, has two matching networks connected at signal outputs of amplifier stages, where one of networks has matching unit and switch for alternatively changing impedance of unit
The stage has two amplifier stages (PA1, PA2) with amplification factors and connected with a high-frequency signal input (10). Two matching networks (31, 3) are connected at signal outputs (41, 42) of the stages. The network (3) is connected to a node (32) at its output side between the stage (PA1) and the network (31). The network (3) has a matching unit (30) and a switch (33) for alternatively changing the impedance of the unit (30). An independent claim is also included for a method of changing a signal in a transmitter output stage.
