Motor vehicle inner assembly has a vehicle seat (2) and a console (14) laterally arranged to the vehicle seat where plate formed armrest (18) is arranged on the console. Plate formed armrest in the first position is tilted into second position around a vertical axis (22). Plate formed armrest develops a depositing table to a side of vehicle seat whereby extended in longitudinal direction (C) to the transverse of the console.
