The module (1) has a main floor space designed as a solid module, and a building services engineering container module. A transport aid (7) includes dimensions and maximal weight in international logistics. The transport aid is provided with fixtures (6) such as windows and doors, escape route (5), sanitary apparatus (4) and a media supply line (8). The container module is loaded for a supply function. The media supply line is connected via an interface predefined in its spatial arrangement, where the module is self-supporting.
