The method involves injecting an indicator into a blood circulation by a single push-injection and then activating the indicator by a light radiation or a field to response with a measurable intensity. The intensity is measured by a measuring device directed on a tissue, and a gradient of the intensity is determined as the measure of the perfusion. The indicator is an indocyanin green e.g. cardiogreen (RTM: Not defined).
