The concentrator has a parabolic-shaped reflector or a corresponding reflector arrangement providing a grouping of radiation within a high packed medium. An optical active part from a reflector surface up to a focus point is embedded into the high packed medium that partially parallelizes an input radiation by refraction at a flat-level surface. A flat-even horizontal surface is formed by a gravitational force.
