Ventilating device comprises air exchange channels for joining an air inlet at street level to the outside of a building. The channels have small openings for ventilating the building and have a closed channel wall from the air inlet up to the air outlet. The channels cross the building and the building acts as a holder for the channels. Waste air can be removed and replaced with fresh air.
