The unit has a striking unit (4) comprising a conical or tapered reflection body (9) in an axis of a light source. The reflection body radially reflects light from the light source outward in different radial directions and/or over an angular range around a center axis (6) of the unit and/or an axis parallel to the unit. The reflection body has pyramid-shaped surfaces arranged in an inclined manner over the angular range.
