Telemedicine system Russian Antarctic expedition comprises advisory diagnostic center equipped with a central server with a database and stocked decision unit, whose input-output connected to a means of communication, including satellite, and a network telemedicine laboratories equipped with communication means which are connected TV reception and transmission of information with a central server. The composition of telemedicine laboratories included unified automated jobs polar physicians, comprising processing and control device connected to the measuring sensors, medical devices, as well as means of communication between nearby telemedicine laboratories. The proposed system provides increased reliability and efficiency of telemedicine system therapeutic and preventive measures among remote users, including those located in the Antarctic due to automation of the patient's condition analysis procedures based on special software unified automated workplaces polar doctors and using the experience and knowledge of experts.
