FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to affect with red-infrared radiation simultaneously with low-intensive magnetic field onto operated hip joint of limb in area of an inguen, subgluteal fold, the superior external gluteal quadrant. Wave length of red radiation corresponds to about 660-675 nm, at the density of power flow being 0.8-1.0 mW/sq. cm. Wave length of infrared radiation corresponds to about 840-950 nm, at the density of power flow being 1.5 mW/sq. cm. Magnetic induction value is 20 mTl. Irradiation area from emitter - 10 sq. cm. The impact time/procedure corresponds to 10 min, daily. The course consists of 15 procedures. Then it is important to affect the eyes with blue light of 430±30 nm wave length, the duration of light impulse being 3.5-4 sec, at the frequency of impulse sequence of intra-impulse modulation being about 9.2±0.2 Hz for 10 min, daily, the course of 15 procedures. The innovation normalizes statico-dynamic function of motor system in post-surgical period after total endoprosthetics and, also, enables to increase reaction adaptation to functional loadings and decreases pain syndrome in case of the support upon the operated limb.;EFFECT: higher efficiency.;1 ex, 3 tbl
