FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out preliminary back sclerectomy in exudative retina detachment projection of maximum height. Perfluororganic compound introduced through transciliary sclerostomy into vitreous body cavity. Three-port vitrectomy and following tamponade with the perfluororganic compound to achieve full retina adjacency is carried out as subretinal fluid evacuation is forced through posterior sclerostoma and exudative retina detachment height gets smaller. Endolasercoagulation on adjacent retina exudation zones is carried out. Perfluororganic compound remains in eye cavity for 5 days, and then it is removed and silicon oil tamponade is carried out.;EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of ectatic blood vessel endolasercoagulation; achieved full anatomic retina adjacency.
