A system and a method for B2B payment with a credit card terminal of a buyer side are provided to enable a seller to reduce expense for using an Internet credit card checking/payment system by performing the payment with a credit card through the credit card terminal of a buyer, and enable the buyer to easily and safely perform the payment by using the credit card terminal of the buyer. A user terminal(10) is connected to the network to enable the buyer to connect to an Internet shopping mall. An Internet shopping mall server(20) provides the Internet shopping mall including contents for introducing the goods and proving a purchase procedure to the connected buyer, and providing a virtual terminal number to the buyer. A virtual terminal management server(30) manages a virtual terminal number assigned to the Internet shopping mall from a plurality of VAN(Value Added Network) servers(40) and provides the virtual terminal number to the Internet shopping mall. The credit card terminal(60) receives the virtual terminal number of the Internet shopping mall from the buyer, transmits the virtual terminal number and credit card information to the VAN server by reading the credit card information from the credit card, and issues a credit card slip.
