An international call service supply method using plural input windows and a device are provided to offer both international call service and Internet service by using the plural input windows in one mode, thereby improving the convenience of a user for Internet accessing and international calls. A user terminal executes an international call input mode as a predetermined particular key button is operated(S810). If a key button is inputted in an input area in accordance with a user's selection(S820), the user terminal displays a number or a character in the corresponding area(S830). If a function button is inputted(S840), the user terminal carries out a function equivalent to the corresponding input area(S850).
