A structure of a half-type PC beam is provided to have a simple structure and to join a PC beam and a column easily by using an anchor piece instead of an anchor bar and to increase mechanical strength, internal stress and earthquake resistance of a PC beam-column joint. The structure of a half-type PC beam with improved joining efficiency of a PC beam and a column comprises a concrete body, stirrups arranged at regular intervals to cover anchor bars arranged on the bottom of the concrete body, and an anchor piece located on the bottom of the concrete body and composed of an anchor piece flange integrated with the anchor bar and an anchor piece web provided with coupling holes. The manufacturing method of the half-type PC beam comprises the steps of: forming a reinforcement assembly by arranging anchor bars on the bottom, placing stirrups in the vertical direction of the anchor bars to be projected a little higher than the height(h) of a mold and fixing an anchor piece flange on one end of the anchor bar; forming a hexahedral mold provided with an anchor hole and opened upward in the center of the reinforcement assembly to assemble and seal the anchor piece flange located on the bottom; placing concrete mortar in the mold; and hardening/curing, and then stripping off the mold. The construction method of a PC beam-column joint using the half-type PC beam comprises the steps of: placing two half-type PC beams on a column to face each other; fixing a straight connection member to a coupling hole of a projected anchor piece web of the half-type PC beam with high strength bolts; installing a mold on the joint and placing concrete in the mold; and hardening the concrete and stripping off the mold.
