A consolidation cell for measuring anisotropy characteristics and an apparatus for testing consolidation characteristics with the same are provided to prevent disturbance of a test sample by having a separate socket apparatus for a transducer, and to apply various sizes of transducers. A consolidation cell for measuring anisotropy characteristics includes a porous lower plate, a porous upper plate cover, a consolidation ring(310), a support, and a plurality of transducers(321-329). The porous lower plate contains a test sample, and is formed of a porous plate to drain moisture included in the test sample. The porous upper plate cover covers the test sample, and is formed of the porous plate to drain the moisture included in the test sample. The consolidation ring is arranged between the porous upper plate cover and the porous lower plate to seal the space where the test sample is contained, and does not permeate the moisture of the test sample. The support penetrates the consolidation ring in a vertical direction to the ground, and fixes the consolidation ring to the porous lower plate. The plurality of transducers penetrate between an outer side and an inner side of the consolidation ring, and are arranged to face each other, and measures an acoustic wave passing through the test sample.
