The present invention relates to a reflective electrochromic display device in which a violigen is bonded to a surface functional group of monodisperse polymer particles, and a method of manufacturing the same. By using monodisperse polymer particles bound to the surface of violozin as reflective electrochromic display devices, it is easy to control the thickness of manufacturing and display devices, can be driven at low voltage, improves driving stability, and is easy to carry. It is possible to manufacture a reflective electrochromic display.
