An integrated control and monitoring system for water supply and drainage facilities is provided to perform a remote control function for each local facility forming the water supply/drainage facilities, and integrally offer a facility controlling function and an organic remote monitor function. A local management server(21) performs a remote measuring/controlling function for each facility forming the local facility while operating multiple sensors and cameras, and performs the monitor function for a facility control state or a control result. A local manager terminal(22) inputs a command for controlling/monitoring each facility to the location management server and supports a display function. An integrated management server(31) performs the controlling/monitoring function for each local facility, and integrally stores and manages monitoring information received from each location facility by linking with each local management server through the network. A manager terminal(32) inputs the command to the integrated management server and supports the display function.
