A method for measuring a biochemical change in a skin tissue using an MRC(Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy) is provided to measure composition and content of permeated material after or before metabolism material is permeated to the skin tissue by comparing a spectrum acquired through the MRC. A method for measuring a biochemical change in a skin tissue using an MRC includes the steps of: acquiring a first spectrum by measuring a predetermined part of the skin tissue of a test object in a magnetic resonance image apparatus through a first MRC; spreading metabolism material on a surface of the test object, and acquiring a second spectrum by measuring the same part as the first MRC measurement through a second MRC after a predetermined time elapses; and measuring a biochemical change of the metabolism material in the skin tissue by comparing the first spectrum with the second spectrum. A magnetic echo acquisition method used to acquire the first and second spectrums excludes a moisture restraint.
