An artificial wetlands structure by using the phyto-bio-remediation and a water purification method according to the same are provided to reduce the construction and manufacture cost. The first reservoir(10) has an inflow pipe(11) and an outflow pipe(13). The first filtering member(20) is connected with the outflow pipe and contains a number of gravel regularly or irregularly. Gravel, sand and leaf mold with the constant ratio are included into the lower portion of a phyto-bio-remediation member(30). The microorganism also exists in the phyto-bio-remediation member. The plant(31) is planted at the upper portion of the phyto-bio-remediation member. The second filtering member(40) receives the purification water. The second reservoir(50) stores the filtered purification water and has a discharge port(51).
