摘要

A display device having a glass insulation layer, and a method for manufacturing the glass insulation layer and an organic electro luminescence device using the same are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost of the display device and simplify a manufacturing process by reducing the use of a photosensitizer. A method for manufacturing an organic electro luminescence device includes the steps of: forming a pattern of a photosensitive resin on a surface of a substrate; forming an insulation layer(410) of the same material with the substrate according to a border of a pixel region; forming a first electrode(440) on a surface of the substrate having the pixel region; forming an organic layer(47) on an upper part of the first electrode(440) which is deposed; and forming a second electrode(48) on an upper part of the organic layer(47). The substrate is made of a glass. The insulation forming step includes the step of uniformly etching the substrate with a uniform thickness according to a pattern of the photosensitive resin.
