A process and an apparatus of a recirculation hybrid system are provided to remove hydrogen sulfate, ammonia, and volatile organic compounds with high loading by passing odorous waste gas through a photocatalytic reactor and a biofilter, recirculating a portion of treated waste gas to the photocatalytic reactor, passing a residual treated waste gas through a nitrifying/denitrifying reactor, and absorbing residual ammonia contained in an odor source into water of a nitrifying reactor. An apparatus of a recirculation hybrid system comprises: a blower(2) introducing a waste gas(1) containing volatile organic compounds and an odor source; a photocatalytic reactor(3) performing pre-treatment of the waste gas; and a biofilter system(4) performing post-treatment of the gas passing through the photocatalytic reactor, wherein a portion of treated waste gas passing through the photocatalytic reactor and the biofilter system, as an odorous return gas(6), is recirculated to the photocatalytic reactor in order to double the treatment capacity of the biofilter system. The apparatus further comprises: a preliminary biofilter(11) installed in front of the photocatalytic reactor to delay or prevent inactivation of the photocatalytic reactor by removing hydrogen sulfate with a relatively low concentration; and a nitrifying/denitrifying reactor(5) absorbing and eliminating a residual pollution source of an exhaust gas(7) as a postprocess of a recirculation or non-conveyance hybrid system comprised of the photocatalytic reactor and the biofilter system.
