A method for preparing a molded foam united with gel and a molded foam prepared by the same are provided to achieve improved ventilation property and adhesion between the foam and the gel by forming through holes on the gel. A method for preparing a molded foam united with gel includes a step of producing a polymer gel sheet(10) having at least one through hole(11); a step of positioning a locking pin having the same shape as the through hole of the polymer gel sheet in a mold such that the locking pin corresponds to the through hole; a step of fixing the polymer gel sheet in the mold by compulsorily fitting the polymer gel sheet to the locking pin; and a step of injecting a foam material into the mold, and producing a molded foam.
